Introducing the Charmed Circle Cabin: Your Future Getaway

We are thrilled to share the exciting progress on the Charmed Circle Cabin, a custom-built retreat nestled in the heart of the Catskills. Designed by the innovative team at HUTS and brought to life by the craftsmanship of ES Home Builders, this 1,600 square-foot, three-bedroom, two-bath cabin is being constructed with the perfect balance of modern comfort and natural beauty.

The Build So Far

Construction began in September, and we’re pleased to announce that the frame is up, the roofing and sheathing are in place, and the windows are already installed. The next stages include plumbing and electrical, bringing us one step closer to completing this stunning home. We’ll be sharing some progress photos to give you a peek behind the scenes of this exciting project.

What to Expect

Construction began in September, marking the realization of a dream that has been well over 5 years in the making. We're anticipating a grand opening in the Spring of 2025, just in time to welcome you to this serene corner of Sullivan County for the first Hendrickson hatch of the fly fishing season. I couldn't be happier with the progress that's been made and can't wait to share it with you. We invite you to relax and enjoy the cabin—breathe in the fresh mountain air, unwind in the hot tub, or take a short walk down the driveway to fish in the Callicoon Creek.

Coming Soon: Bookings Open in 2025

While the build is anticipated to wrap up in the spring of 2025, we’ll be opening up bookings shortly after the new year. Whether you're an avid fly fisher or simply looking for a peaceful retreat, the Charmed Circle Cabin will provide the perfect home base for your next adventure.
